Spring Vaccination Booster 2024

The Vaccination Programme will be commencing from the 15th April 2024. The Beverley PCN Care Home Team will be vaccinating residents in care homes from the above date through to the end of May.

If you wish to know more, speak to your care home as they have been supplied with dates of planned visits.
